UPA 200T mobile plant has been designed to meet the requirements of critical drinking water shortage scenarios.
To this end, six essential design guidelines have been applied:

Alkylating agent preparation and storage equipment, with a 200-litre HDPE tank and stirrer, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
Disinfectant preparation and storage equipment, with a 200-litre HDPE tank and stirrer, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
Coagulant dosing equipment, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
Pre-alkylation (alkalinity adjustment of water to be treated) dosing equipment, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.

Post-alkylation (pH adjustment of treated water) dosing equipment, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
Treated water pumping and storage equipment, comprised of a 500-litre hydropneumatic tank, working pressure 2 kg/cm2, booster pump with a capacity of 20 m3/h, and maintenance joker-type pump, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
Water supply equipment for filter layer backwashing trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
Raw water intake pipes, with hydro cyclone sand separator, for a flow rate between 10 m3/h and 20 m3/h, and chemical injection points, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
Water quality measurement system:
– Treated water flow rate measurement. – Inflow and outflow pH measurement. – Outflow turbidity measurement. – Outflow free chlorine concentration measurement. – Turbidity, color and chlorine portable meters. – Glass materials for alkalinity test. – Portable instruments for process control, pH meter, turbidity meter, free chlorine meter. – Control kits. – PLC-based, fully automatic operation control (includes filtering level, outflow pH and free chlorine control), electrical panels, trailer-mounted and ready for immediate operation.
