Since its inception its main activity has been the manufacture of concrete tubes and a variety of precast concrete structures: elevated water tanks, ground-level water tanks and industrial water tanks; sports arenas; warehouses and horizontal silos; feed and water troughs, tubes, pens and plunge dips for cows and sheep; windows and all kinds of openings; tires, walls and fences; pumping wells and special parts for different architecture and engineering works.
In order to provide solutions, we design, manufacture and assemble concrete parts.
Vibro-compressed large diameter mass and reinforced concrete pipes of all types and series.
We have supplied over 30,000 meters of this type of pipe upon approval of the Executive Unit for Waste Water Treatment of the Municipality of Montevideo for the Urban Waste Water Treatment Plan III.
We have the facilities, the machinery, the human resources and appropriate equipment for manufacturing and installing ground-level and elevated tanks anywhere in the country.
We have supplied more than 2,000 tanks to individuals, industries and government agencies throughout the national territory.
Our line of elevated tanks – up to 15 meters in height – encompasses capacity ranges from 3,000 l to 50,000 l. They are placed – according to their height – on precast reinforced concrete structures.
The installation of the water tanks includes the supply and installation of galvanized nipples, lids, iron walkways and stairs to access the tanks.
Additionally, upon request, we install riser pipes, drainpipes and overflow pipes, stop cocks and accessories, chambers and lightning rods, in compliance with OSE’s General Specifications and Procedures.
We have project reports, plans and foundations assessments of every storage water tank we provide.
Our product line of ground-level potable water storage tanks – Australian-type, with or without cover – encompasses capacity ranges from 14,000 to over 800,000 liters. They may be placed at a height of 1.20 or 2.40 meters.
As required, we can install deflectors, air vents, overflows, discharge connection chambers and outlet, overflow, and intake pipes, all in compliance with the standards of OSE.
