Through\u00a0Manantial Dorado S.A. (Aguasur)<\/a>, our company acts as a commercial agent of\u00a0OSE (Public Sanitary Works)<\/a>\u00a0for marketing\u00a0Autonomous Water Treatment Units<\/a>\u00a0(UPAs) and other wastewater treatment systems abroad.\u00a0 OSE fully supports and guarantees the production, installation and operation of UPAs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UPA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

UPAs have been designed to achieve maximum performance at minimum maintenance costs. The units are swiftly installed and brought into operation. Upon quick transportation, the plant and its components can start operating within very short periods (less than 7 days), either temporarily or permanently, as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Units have been installed in different countries and their versatility in extreme conditions has been proved. The effectiveness of these facilities has been recognized by host communities, governments and international organizations such as the Pan American Health Organization and the United Nations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The challenges of drinking water supply:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Nowadays nearly half the world’s population lacks safe drinking water. This means that more than 2,500 million people are exposed to serious health risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eighty percent of health problems in relatively less developed countries are linked to lack of or contamination of drinking water. It should then be noted that poor and unsafe drinking water supply represents an ongoing public health problem for most of the world population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solutions to these challenges require the availability of some important elements: effectiveness; efficiency; courage; wisdom and willpower in the execution; capability to innovate, to feel and to truly understand a new concept which can satisfy the needs arisen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
